ppl need brush up on their traditional MA for one no tradtional fighting method has defensive moves its is a passive mode u put ur self in. that why McDojos teach karate block defensively not offensively which is y they dont work.

  3. kaindrg says:

@hellopoko chain punching is the poor mans wing chun there much more to it than that rather the cycling of attacks is a concept not a move. i jkd it is both a move and a concept. in terms of speed +range jkd would win. but in terms of clinch range figthing jkd ppl whould have to brush up on some sensativity drills.

  4. kaindrg says:

@mYgo24 the problem is context traditional martial arts is useless competitively one the rules and equipment make traditional training methods useless look out how different traditional British fisticuffs is from modern boxing neither will work in each others turf and if it did it would not be as effect tive. so even if chaiya were to go to the mma world and were to work his sports counter part would still be more effective.

  5. kaindrg says:

@dream2kareem wing chun stomp kicks falesafe is to step down across the kneed and fuk the joint infact all martial arts the have some long history of striking. the concept of brutal is subjective. it is different from effective because th term effective is context. adjectives should be thrown around losely.

  6. dream2kareem says:

Hellopoko wing chun is great but more brutal moves in chaiya like breakin knee caps can end a fight in a second where speed cannot drop in a instant, its fast but it takes time. In chaiya its instant.

  7. Artaxerxes1986 says:

i like chaiya :D bloody hurts though!! check out my chaiya vdos :D

  8. mYgo24 says:

hmmm i think if muay thai chaiya or the whole and original muay thai could be learned by a martial artist, it could be used in an mma sport.. what do you think guys? i mean its not just striking, in here you could take down an opponent and then “destroy” them on the ground… just like in the movie Yamada: the samurai of Ayothaya… man its brutal… I lovee muay thai…

  9. hellopoko says:

@iwiMaori exactly wing chun has the fasttest attack i would say muay chaiya has the best and fastest stand up defence if you could combine the ridiculous speed of there blocks with say wing chuns chain punch that would be off the wall

  10. iwiMaori says:

@hellopoko Yeah Wing Chaiya the Ultimate art

@MehdiGlz Boran/Chiaya, TRUE Ninjutsu, and so on. Also ninjutsu is often propogated and the schools aren’t even true ninjutsu but simply karate and stuff. Though karate can be very good, it’s trash nowadays now. karate is supposed to be devastating and explosive. But yeah, some say arts arent above others, so your saying if I taught an art where you fight with your pinky, it would be equal to this? Though it’s possible for a high leveled martial artist of a lower art to beat another person.

  15. LightxKira5643 says:

@KensaiZen So does karate? But karate is still a japanese martial art.

  16. egg25194 says:

  18. Jaeloko says:

Thats the true art, ritual and lifestyle. I´ve been there and you can feel the ants and spiders .. in the jungle. The real training and history – Muay Boran & Mae Mai

  24. smartchai says:

Fighting with a Chaiya Boxer is like attacking the pointy outershell of a durian fruit. OUCH !!!!

  25. MehdiGlz says:

People always say all martial arts are good, that none is above others, but I clearly see this one as superior to others

  27. dearyesung says:

@ehiso haha you’re kidding:P,TKD can’t beat on many sport . taekwondo is better for show solo that entertain by smash brick ,high kick only. Don’t compared others sport. cuz taekwondo have not quality enough.

  28. chai5552000 says:

    put your hand up kid.

  29. Hawaii0407 says:

    @ehiso hahaha. Monologue again. bye

  30. ehiso says:

    @Hawaii0407
You are the one misleading yourself. If you had taken the time to watch some of these fighting styles against eachother in big tournaments on this very youtube, maybe you would not sound so empty and naive.

  31. Hawaii0407 says:

@ehiso You are just misleading and barking up the wrong tree.
Let me repeat, that was because of different mastering level of STYLE, not FIGHTER. We never call 1 day visitor as ‘STYLE’. Then, we usually compare MA champions at K1. So, I wrote K1 proof in my 1st post. If you love comparison between noob, I have no word for you anymore.
Besides, you cannot answer my questions nor deny my proof at all. Don’t reply to me as long as you are talking a monologue. It’s waste of time. bye.

  32. ehiso says:

    @Hawaii0407
Hey men, so sorry if you feel that way but i’m not attacking you at all. I’m just giving my opinions.
There are more than enough proof of TKD guys beating up MT or KB fighters. The proof is right here on youtube men.Just check it out apart from only this one video. If i want to go to war, MT,KB of MMA will always be my best pick because they use more fighting techniques but that is not to say that all fighters under this three disciplines can beat all fighters in TKD. Come on men!!

  34. Hawaii0407 says:

@ehiso Hey,why attack me? I said ppl have to say proof together.
Let me answer a little. Whitebelts hardly win to Blackbelts because of mastering level of STYLE. Let you compare your whitebelt days with your blackbelt days.
According to your claim, much depend on FIGHTER, tell me why ALL TKD STYLE Champ easily lost to other STYLES. Moreover, Perry Ubeda the MT fighter won the TKD champ. But I have never heard TKD fighter won on MT. Resulting my claim, MT STYLE >> TKD STYLE.

  35. ehiso says:

    @Hawaii0407
Are you trying to say that all MT fighters can beat every TKD fighters? I agree that MT or K1 brings more technique and applications than TKD but a well placed kick at the right moment and right place when the other fighter not expecting it can always do the job.

  36. Hawaii0407 says:

This is so funny anyone who insist ‘much depends on the FIGHTER’ cannot show us proof. On the other hand, anyone who insist ‘much depends on the STYLE’ can answer reasons/proof clearly.
    Proof:
We have never seen TKD or street fighter won the K1 champ. That is, FIGHTER can’t cover up the inferiority of the TKD STYLE.
One example, it is apparent there is knee superiority in close ( watch?v=6o_Rt-UWjoI ).
    Champ(TKD STYLE) lost to K1 beginner(Karate STYLE) ( watch?v=EvAF6vQQYGg )

  37. ehiso says:

This is so funny how people could judge which of this two sports is beter when the techniques are very different and MT uses clinches ,elbows and more variations than taekwando. But still it’s a fight and much depends on the fighter, anyone no matter what fighting discipline they practise can be taken out by another fighter of a different discipline.

  38. Hawaii0407 says:

@Southpaw4warrior MT fighters also become stronger than this. for example grabbing, knees, elbows or punches. Resulting the same answer as this footage.

  39. Southpaw4warrior says:

@Hawaii0407 I unfortunately have to agree with you here. The tkd user sucked. Tkd´s strong points is fast, accurate, strong kicks. Plus, the first thing tkd user learns is also how to combine kicks. But this guy had non. That is what is wrong with martial arts that have ranking in colour. They look on techniques when grading. Not how good you are in a fight. It´s not only tkd who has this as a problem. Karate and kung fu too. This guy doesn´t deserve red. It´s a fucking disgrace.

  40. Blahb27 says:

@ham123321 What’s so bad about it then? He was doing pretty good pressure fighting, and from a TKD practitioner, in principle you won’t have to worry about blocking lowkicks. He switched sides easily too… I honestly wonder how you can call this bad footwork.

  41. Hawaii0407 says:

MT :Attack after step/guard/cut combination easily.
TKD:Always stepping backward. No basis of combination. Poor.

  42. ham123321 says:

Good Fight but MT People have bad footwork

  43. guitaromania1345 says:

tae kwon do has nothing on muay thai. there is way more power behind muay thai kicks

    All Dislike from Korean !!

  47. Hawaii0407 says:

TKD = fancy kick dance with no power, bad balance.
MT = powerfull kick and punch with nice center of balance.

  48. Super2azm says:

    MUAY THAI IS THE BEST

  49. kasemzap says:

WTF TKD guy do , Dance and Escape?

  50. SupremeARA915 says:
